Honesty, enthusiasm and constant communication is what Andrew Smaus is all about. Highly committed to his career, Andrew's pro-active approach is the key to his success. If there is one word to describe Andrew it's “workhorse”. When he is not out in the field, he is in the office on the phone.
“At the end of the day clients are looking to have their property sold with the least amount of stress, in the shortest possible time frame, and for the best price,” Andrew explains. “Buyers are always on the lookout for something in particular; with features that are in line with their unique lifestyle. My aim is to help all customers, no matter of their goal, so that often means being in tune with people's needs and matching them with the perfect property.”
Andrew has made successful tracks within the real estate industry since 2009. It all started when he was on holidays in Thailand and had a conversation with a stranger about the Australian property market. It ignited such a spark within him he made sure he got a foot into the industry the week he returned home.
“As soon as I got back from overseas I contacted a friend because I knew her dad was a real estate agent,” Andrew remembers. “He let me know what qualifications I needed and what steps I needed to take to get into the industry. Before I knew it, I was working for him.”
Creer snatched up Andrew in 2011 after noticing his drive to succeed and enthusiasm for property. He brings a unique set of qualities to the team, which makes him a highly valued member.
Andrew said the best part of working within real estate is contributing to one of the biggest decisions a person can make and helping them to find a place to call home.
His aim for the future is to stay at the “top of his game”, continue to do the right thing by people, and follow in the footsteps of the “greats”.
