Alto Apartments, Charlestown - 108 apartments. Creer Property was employed to market the project with an 80% presale requirement. The project sales were commenced in July 2002 and we exceeded the necessary mark just thirteen months from commencement of our marketing program. Total development value $42.5 million.
Landmark, Charlestown - 59 apartments with one and a half floors of commercial space. This project is now completed following us achieving the required number of presales to satisfy the lenders to the project. We point out that this was achieved in a very challenging sales market.
La Maisonne, Charlestown - 9 high quality townhouses located at 180-182 Kahibah Road, Charlestown. Completed.
