Recently I have sold my property through Creer Property at Charlestown. This came about via a polite but very persistent Real Estate Agent named Mary Sparkes. I must say, I had some reservations whether Mary was the right person to sell my property due to her young age. However, after many conversations and meetings with Mary, I chose to go with her.

This is a short note to say how happy we were with Mary Sparkes promoting and selling our property at 11 Eveleen Street, Cardiff. Our property had previously been with a well respected local agent, however they weren't even successful in obtaining one offer after 3 months of marketing.
