Creer Property is one of the most successful and well established real estate firms in this country. With offices in Charlestown and Warners Bay, these three locations afford Creer Property access to the entire cross section of prospective purchasers in this region.

Creer Property is very experienced in the marketing of both small and large developments including land subdivisions ranging up ro 450 lots and multi storey residential development of over 100 apartments.

The most successful of these residential land projects has, no doubt, been the Lakelands development. A land subdivision of 450 lots that successfully sold out within a 5-year period.

Creer Property was involved in the development and marketing of Lakelands from the very beginning. One of the firm's principals, Mr. Richard Stanton, consulted during the planning and development approval process as well as the marketing of the project and the development of the overall image that was presented to the marketplace.

Creer Property's branding as a strong, ethical company assisted the developer in engendering confidence in a product that was, at that stage, quite visionary.

Creer Property has also been heavily involved in the marketing of large apartment developments. One of these developments is the Alto Apartments at Charlestown, a $42 million project that is now fully completed and occupied. This project has been a real success story for the Newcastle and Hunter region. No other development of this type in this area had achieved such a high number of pre-sales. Furthermore, we forged new markets with this type of development in Charlestown.

Over a period of twelve months Creer Property and its joint agent sold 85 apartments totaling over $28 million. This amount of pre-sales met the required targets for project financing and construction could commence.

Soon to follow was the Landmark building. Situated at the top of Charlestown, this development comprised 59 apartments and a floor and a half of commercial space. This project is now completed following us achieving the required number of pre-sales to satisfy the lenders to the project. We point out that this was achieved in a very challenging sales market.
